Allows users submit a download for people to download which can be auto-approved or manually approved.
Users can include a different download URL or upload depending on your settings.
Can have as many screenshots as you want to allow.
Can post a description of what is required or information about the download.

Admin panel that allows several features listed below.
1. Add/edit/delete/approve a download.
2. Edit system settings. Theme etc…
3. Add/edit/delete allowed categories.
5. Add/edit/delete Admin or Moderator.
6. Change user groups. (Theme/Comments/Downloads/Categories/Users)
